Are you passionate about the power of social media to inform, inspire and connect? Are you always on the lookout for the next great story, reel or trending sound? If so, this could be your dream role. 

We’re looking for a creative and confident content creator to join our Marketing and Communications team as Social Media Executive – a brand new role with the scope to make a real difference. 

What you’ll bring

To be successful in this role you will be bursting with ideas and enthusiasm and equally comfortable behind the camera, creating scroll-stopping content, or diving into analytics to help shape our strategy. 

You’ll be the voice of Rowcroft across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, planning and creating engaging content that brings our stories to life and reflects the impact of our work. Whether it’s capturing moments from our events in real time, or developing campaigns to inspire fundraising and support, your content will help us reach more people and grow our community. 

We’re looking for someone who:

• Lives and breathes social media, with a strong understanding of how each platform works
• Has experience running paid campaigns through Meta Business Suite
• Is a natural storyteller and can craft compelling content
• Can juggle competing priorities with confidence and clarity
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a close-knit, values-led team
