Your Opportunity

Look no further! As a member of the Rowcroft Retail team, you'll play a vital role in generating essential income to support our patients and their loved ones across South Devon. Each day you'll contribute to our cause and be part of something.

What you’ll bring

You will work alongside and support our Café Lounge Manager and Catering Assistant/Cook as well as a small team of fabulous volunteers. Our Café Assistants are the first point of contact for our Ella’s Café Lounge customers and play a vital role in ensuring everyone receives an amazing customer experience and is welcomed with a smile and positive attitude.

Serving great coffee and cake, taking food orders (on an EPOS till), running food, clearing tables, ensuring the café is kept clean and tidy, and not forgetting the washing up! You will be an integral part of our friendly, hardworking team, helping to create a warm and welcoming environment that keeps people coming back for more!

You will be driven by our cause and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as part of a close team – to deliver on our strategy takes real teamwork, energy and passion, no two days are ever the same!
