As part of our small but dedicated warehouse team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our retail operation. This hands-on role offers insight into the world of charity retail and our online platforms, from sustainable fashion to all donated items. You’ll also gain valuable experience in the commercial side of retail, helping us maximise income and operate efficiently. What you’ll bring
To be successful in this role you will need to be organised and a reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for receiving, sorting, grading and preparing donated goods, ensuring high standards and making the most of every donation. Attention to detail, a positive attitude and a collaborative approach are key, along with the flexibility to adapt in an ever-changing retail setting. An interest in retail trends or brands would be advantageous.
You will be driven by our cause and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as part of a close team – to deliver on our strategy takes real teamwork, energy and passion, no two days are ever the same!
