Now more than ever, our shops play a vital role in generating income to make that vision a reality. This is an exciting opportunity to join our wonderful Retail team in our beautiful and highly successful Dartmouth boutique.

What you’ll bring

You will need a creative “can-do” attitude, with plenty of ideas and a proactive approach. You will have a genuine passion for retail inside and out, bringing your personality and creative flair to this role.

You will manage a small team of volunteers and report to the Head of Retail, whilst building strong relationships with teams across the organisation. Creating a smooth-running operation that reinforces the reputation of Rowcroft within the community.

You will do much more than just meet expectations. Instead, you’ll provide a bespoke shopping experience to customers, whilst delivering exceptional customer service. A thorough knowledge of fashion brands, styles and trends is paramount to this role, enabling you to create an exciting and vibrant environment.

Previous high-end fashion retail experience desirable. But creative, artistic flair essential!! If you feel this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for, then we would love to hear from you.
