This is an exciting opportunity to join our wonderful Retail team in our beautiful and highly successful Dartmouth boutique.
What you’ll bring
You will need a creative “can-do” attitude, and a proactive approach. You will have a genuine passion for retail inside and out, bringing your personality and creative flair to this role.
Reporting to the Director of Retail, you will be supported by and manage a small team of fabulous volunteers, creating a smooth-running operation that reinforces the reputation of Rowcroft within the community.
You’ll provide a bespoke shopping experience to customers, whilst delivering exceptional customer service. A thorough knowledge of fashion brands, styles and trends is paramount to this role, enabling you to create an exciting and vibrant environment.
Previous high-end/boutique fashion retail experience desirable, as well as exceptional visual merchandising skills with the ability to curate creative and eye-catching window displays. If you feel this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for, then we would love to hear from you.
