Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting people? Do you thrive in a busy environment where your skills in administration, coordination, and customer service can make a real difference? If so, we would love to hear from you!
About the Role
This multi-faceted role is key to the smooth running of our People Team. As a Learning Coordinator / EA, you will provide EA support to the People Director, lead on the coordination and management of learning activities, and ensure the efficient running of our office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and making a positive impact.
As a team player and collaborator, with a meticulous attention to detail, excellent IT skills and a passion for customer service, you'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as part of a close team. Your days will be varied to include anything from diary management and meeting and report coordination, to administering and coordinating learning activities, managing and improving the organisation’s LMS, and generating reports and data. You will also co-ordinate our popular Welcome Days, support colleagues across the People Team with administration, minute-taking, and employee engagement initiatives, maintain our intranet presence and generate engaging documents using Canva.
What’s in it for you?
You will work within a supportive, fun and professional team, all committed to providing the best service to our colleagues.
Our scope of work and confident organisational vision create opportunities for impact, and we work together with passion and pride in an environment where people are caring, considerate, inclusive and welcoming. You’ll clearly see the importance of your work and feel recognised and part of something remarkable.
